Any personal data included in or related to the use of this electronic platform will be processed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.

The Agency collects personal information exclusively to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose of the recruitment process. The applicant’s personal information will be stored for as long the account is valid. 

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to have your data removed at any time upon written request or to manually delete your entire account.

In case you do not submit any application within 2 (two) years, your account will be automatically deleted.

In case your account has been inactive for 2 (two) years, it will be automatically deleted unless you are included in a valid reserve list.

Should you have any queries concerning the processing of your personal data, you may address them to Human Resources Unit at eulisa-RECRUITMENT@eulisa.europa.eu.

For any complaints, concerning the processing of your personal data, you should contact eu-LISA Data Protection Officer at dpo@eulisa.europa.eu.

In case of conflict, complaints can be addressed to the European Data Protection Supervisor edps@edps.europa.eu.
